Workshop
Our Granville workshop
Plate packs and complete units come back to our workshop for a controlled strip-down and rebuild:
- Disassembly with plate order recorded
- Acid wash and high-pressure cleaning
- Crack testing of plates
- Re-gasketing
- Rebuild and testing
- Repainting of covers where needed
- Written service report
On site
At your facility
- General condition inspection
- Leak detection
- Dimensional checks against original specifications
- Tie-bolt inspection and adjustment
- Corrosion and physical-damage inspection
- Service report with recommendations
