Overview
Servicing that starts where the unit is installed
Not every unit needs to leave site. An on-site visit is often the fastest way to understand how an exchanger is performing, whether it is leaking, and whether the frame and plate pack are still set up correctly.
We check the unit against its original specification, look for early signs of trouble, and adjust what can be adjusted in place. If the pack needs a full clean or new gaskets, you’ll know before the unit is opened — and can plan it into a shutdown.
Many sites include their plate heat exchangers in an annual service program so small issues are caught early.

Which areas do you visit?

Can you fix a leak on site?
Some leaks come from connections or incorrect compression and can be addressed on site. Leaks from damaged gaskets or cracked plates usually need the pack opened, either on site or in our workshop.
Do you need the unit shut down?
For a full inspection and any adjustment, yes. We’ll plan the visit around your scheduled shutdown where possible.
What do you need from us before the visit?
The unit’s nameplate details, its location on site, your site induction and permit requirements, and a contact who can arrange isolation.
